Dr. Sukhankin’s presentation is entitled: “Russia’s posture in the Arctic in the era of major geopolitical changes and growing instability” — highlighting his recent NAADSN Strategic Perspectives on Russia and NATO, the Arctic Council, and RAIPON.

Following Dr. Sukhankin’s presentation, NAADSN Network Coordinator Dr. Kari Roberts will moderate a Question & Answer session with the audience.
