RCMP Assistant Commissioner Jane MacLatchy will deliver the annual Paul Buteux Lecture on the Legacy of 9/11 on Policing which is part of a series of events that make up the J.W. Dafoe Political Studies Students’ Conference this year dedicated to The Legacy of 9/11 and the Defence of North America.
