Chloee Konsam
Chloee Konsam is a recent MA graduate from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) at the University of Ottawa. She also holds an MA from Amity University and an Honours BA from University of Delhi, both in Political Science. Her interests include Indigenous housing policies, accessibility policies, contemporary security issues of the Arctic region, and climate resilience and adaptive social policies.
She has a strong background in international relations, development economics and public policy. As a Policy and Research Intern with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Cambodia, she wrote background papers for the production of Cambodia’s Human Development Report 2019. She also conducted an independent research which contributed to the development of a pilot project ‘Graduation-based social protection program’ for UNDP, Cambodia. She also worked as a Research Assistant to Robert D’Aoust, a Senior Fellow at GSPIA and a former Director General of Finance in the Environments and Climate Change Canada, where she analyzed quantitative survey for a study ‘Public Service Management Reforms: Executive Views’.
