Kabrelle Rondeau

Kabrelle Rondeau is a Master’s student in Political Science at the University of Manitoba, specializing in International Relations. She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from l’Université de Saint‑Boniface.
Her graduate research examines national security and intelligence, with a particular focus on the intelligence‑to‑evidence problem in Canada and the United Kingdom. Her broader interests include the work of secret services, national security policy, Arctic defence, the United Nations, and foreign policy.
