Liam Cumming

Research Fellow

Liam Cumming is a Bachelor of Arts Honours student at Trent University, studying History and Geography. His research interests include teaching, forest management, and sustainable infrastructure / tourism in northern communities. Liam has been able to travel abroad to look at tourism and its affects on economics and infrastructure in areas such as Alaska, Norway, Iceland and the UK. These opportunity has allowed Liam to explore a wide range of options for his interest in pursuing graduate work. He is also a member of the UArctic 2030 BANHER project, an interdisciplinary project with students from Trent University and the Arctic University of Norway (UiT).
